2010 Kick Masters Karate Summer Kamp (Ages 7-12) - Registration Now Available!

Are you looking for a summer activity that is not only entertaining for your children, but is something different from the usual lounging around the pool?  If soccer, basketball, or baseball camps just aren’t your thing, then maybe you should try Summer Karate Kamp.

For the past five years, Kick Masters Karate has hosted one of the most popular camps for elementary school students in the area.  Armed with a traditional Tae Kwon Do base and years of experience, the Kick Masters Karate Kamp features hands-on training in developing speed, coordination, agility, balance, and flexibility.  But Karate Kamp isn’t just limited to developing the body.  Kamp Kounselors will challenge kampers with cutting-edge martial arts drills and games, while building self-esteem, character, and encouraging the indomitable spirit.  Kampers will inevitably develop self-control, focus, and respect, while becoming more confident and motivated.  Participants also learn the value of teamwork and leadership, as our program is structured to bring out the best any child can exhibit.  In fact, kampers experience all-day karate fun while enjoying group demos, delicious snacks, weaponry, competitions, and of course, fantastic lunches.  Themed skills and challenges happen all week, and culminate on "Parent's Day", where the entire family can witness the energy and entertainment that Karate Kamp delivers.

This year, Karate Kamp will take place at the new Kick Masters facility between the dates of June 28-July 2 and August 9-13.  Kamp is held between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM, with healthy morning snacks served at 11:00AM and lunch served at 12:30PM.  Karate Kamp is open to all children ages 7-12, even if they’ve never done martial arts before.  The cost of kamp is $189.00 per kamper before June 1st (early bird special), or $215.00 per kamper after June 1st.  A $50.00 deposit for each kamp registered is required to guarantee a space.  Spots fill up very quickly so register at the front desk to reserve your place in one or both of this year's kamps.

2010 Little Dragons Summer Mini Kamp (Ages 4-6) - Registration Now Available!

Camping should be fun right?  Well at this "kamp," there are no rainy days, wild animals, or even pesky bugs.  This is the Little Dragons Mini Kamp, and let me tell you, this is an experience that your child will never forget.  Kamp #1 is scheduled for June 22-25 and Kamp #2 is scheduled for August 3-6 at the new Kick Masters Karate studio.   Little Dragons experience half-day karate fun while enjoying age specific drills, creative snacks, new karate games, team building, exciting crafts, mat chats, and group activities.

Kamp is the perfect way to let your child explore structured independence, while experiencing teamwork and group solidarity.  It's a great way to encourage character and self-esteem in your child, while nurturing the aspects of focus,   self-control, respect, and discipline.  Little Dragons will also learn the value of teamwork and leadership, as our program is designed to bring out the best your child can exhibit.  And just like the kamp for the older kids, these skills are built each day, and culminate on "Parent's Day," where the entire family can witness the  energy and entertainment that the Little Dragons Kamp delivers.  But don't just take our word for it:

The Little Dragons Kamp is extremely popular and fills up very quickly.  Kamp is held Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 12:00 Noon, with morning snacks served around 10:30AM.  Kamp is open to all children ages 4-6, even if they’ve never done martial arts before.  The cost of each kamp is $105.00 per Little Dragon  before June 1st (early bird special), or $125.00 per Little Dragon after June 1st.  A $25.00 deposit is required for each kamp registered to guarantee a space.  If you are interested but the kamp is already full, we can place you on a waiting list, and you will be contacted if a spot opens.
