Cardio Kick Boxing

Come join us on Saturdays at 8:00AM and Wednesdays at 7:30AM, for the Kick Masters Cardio Kick Boxing Program. Open to all women 12 years or older, this high energy workout takes self-defense techniques and combines them with motivating music and the excitement of an aerobic workout. Come join Mrs. Julie O'Connor (Certified Kick Boxing Instructor and KMK Senior Black Belt) and improve your tone, burn calories, and increase your strength and flexibility, all while having fun!
