Cardio Kick Boxing

 

This is an exciting, high-energy class that takes self-defense techniques and combines them with motivating music to produce a killer aerobic workout!  Only available for adult females, the Cardio Kick Boxing Class is an awesome way to tone, lose weight, and build confidence by learning proper kicks and punches.  Participants workout at their own pace in a comfortable, inviting setting.  

 

The Schedule: Currently on Wednesday Mornings at 7:30AM and Saturday Mornings at 8:00AM

The Cost: $7.00 per session

What You Need: Bring a towel; water & juice is available for purchase.

What You Wear to Wear: Dress comfortably and be ready to exercise!  You don’t need  karate skills to enjoy this workout.  All fitness levels are welcome. 

Who: You! You don't need to be a Kick Masters student to participate.  Come one, come all!
